- Shipping Area: Currently, Roznev ships to addresses within the United States only.
- Flat Shipping Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 on all orders, regardless of size or quantity.

Order Tracking

Shipping Terms & Conditions

- Carrier Responsibility: After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Roznev is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit.
Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to Roznev due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- A reshipment fee of $6.99 will be required to send the order to the correct address.
- Roznev will contact you via email to confirm the updated shipping address and payment for reshipment.
Please ensure all information entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.
Holidays & Non-Business Days
Roznev does not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays:
