- Your item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
If approved, we’ll issue a full or partial refund back to your original payment method or offer a replacement at no extra cost.
What’s Not Refundable
While we aim to accommodate most requests, we can’t process refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale or customized/personalized products
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a package was returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), shipping fees and re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
