Can I Cancel My Order?
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be modified or canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an eligible order:
- Email us at support@roznev.com as soon as possible
- Include your order number and the subject line “Order Cancellation Request”
- Our support team will confirm if cancellation is possible and issue a full refund if applicable
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders if:
- More than 12 hours have passed since purchase
- The order has already been processed, shipped, or prepared for fulfillment
- The item is a final sale or customized/personalized product
In such cases, you may wait for the item to arrive and refer to our Return & Refund Policies for further options.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
